CT - Paid Sick or Medical Leave (2011)

This bill would require that employers provide paid sick days for employees. Employees would earn one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked. Employees would be able to "carry-over" 56 hours of paid sick time from one calendar year to the next, but could not use more than the maximum amount of accrued paid sick time in a single year.
