TX- Pilot Project of Comprehensive Access Point for Long-Term Services (2011)

This bill would direct the Health and Human Services Commission to implement three pilot projects to collocate staff from an Area Agency on Aging, Department of Aging and Disability Services, and Medicaid eligibility office. At at least one of the pilot sites, the staff have to physically be located in the same office. (Note: this bill was introduced on 11/19/2010)
