TX- PACE Update (2011)

This bill would direct the Health and Human Services Commission to consider PACE as a community-based service option under any Money Follows the Person demonstration program. The Commission is also directed to establish a PACE program team to increase the number of PACE sites in the state as well as awareness of the PACE program. The PACE program team is also charged with evaluating the feasibility of implementing a statewide reimbursement rate for all PACE organizations.
