KY- Elder Abuse Loses Power of Attorney (2011)

This bill would ban people who are convicted of elder abuse from having any power over their victim, including being appointed/serving as a guardian, limited guardian, conservator, limited conservator, executor, administrator, fiduciary, personal representative, attorney-in-fact, or health care surrogate for the victim or the victim's estate.
