NC- Caregiver Relief Act (2011)

This bill would broaden how family is defined by the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Employers who are required to comply with the FMLA would also be required to extend FMLA coverage to employees who are caring for a sibling, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, or parent-in-law.
