Long-Term Care Affordability and Security Act (2007)

Federal bill would permit long-term care insurance to be included in employer-sponsored cafeteria plans and flexible spending accounts, allowing people to pay for long-term care insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars. The bill would also provide additional consumer protections to long-term care insurance.
