CA- Elder Abuse (2011)

This bill would change current law that requires mandated reporters to report suspected elder abuse that takes place in a long-term care facility to the local ombudsmen OR local law enforcement. If passed, mandated reporters would be required to report abuse to BOTH the ombudsmen and local law enforcement. (Note: bill was introduced on 12/6/2010)
