ME - Family Caregiver Anti-Discrimination (2009)

Bill would amend the Maine Human Rights Act to prohibit employment discrimination against someone based on their family caregiver status. "Family caregiver" means a person who cares for that person's child, parent, spouse, domestic partner or sibling.
