Findings from research which examined 1) predictors of placement for dementia caregivers, (2) predictors of placement into skilled nursing vs. residential care, (3) changes in well-being that caregivers experience after placing a loved one in a long-term care facility, and (4) patterns of service preferences and service use reported by caregivers during and after placement.
