Family Caregiver Alliance offers FREE legal workshop for caregivers in Marin
Many of us provide care for an elderly family member without a clear understanding of the legal issues involved with planning for incapacity. Join William Kuhns, Attorney at Law, for a FREE workshop to learn about this important aspect of family caregiving.
Families and caregivers will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn valuable information about the difference between a will and a trust; the importance of Advance Health Care Directives and Durable Powers of Attorney; conservatorships, Medi-Cal eligibility and long-term care.
