Caregivers as a Protected Class?: The Growth of State and Local Laws Prohibiting Family Responsibilities Discrimination (2009)This is the first comprehensive nationwide survey of state and local laws that prohibit family responsibilities discrimination. The report reveals that many communities go beyond state and federal statutes in enacting caregiver protections at work.
