New Jersey's statewide respite care program: A study of program design, implementation, clients and services (Report #1) (2002)

This report presents the results of a 2000 study of New Jersey's Statewide Respite Care Program. The study employed two data sources: interviews with program staff and administrative data on clients and services from 1993 to 1999. The report describes and analyzes the program design and implementation, important program changes and key contextual factors affecting program operations, the client profile and service use patterns.
