Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)

Delaware’s DSHP-Plus Program is a managed integrated long-term care Medicaid program. This program provides nursing facility and home and communty based services to assist elderly and disabled adults. This program also allows for certain family members, including spouses and adult children, to be hired and paid as the personal care provider. Other services may include:

Can I Get Help While Living In My Home?

Adult Day Services provides activities and assistance for people with physical and/or mental impairments. This service is for people who cannot be left alone for long periods of time.
