Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)
FCA support and assists families and caregivers through education, advocacy and services. In addition to providing training to technical assistance to California’s Caregiver Resource Centers, FCA hosts the National Center on Caregiving (NCC). Can I Get Help to Pay for Caregiving?
The ADvantage program is part of the Home-and-Community-Based Services Medicaid program that assists elderly and disabled persons to remain living at home. This program allows certain family members, excluding spouses and legal guardians, to be hired and paid as the personal care provider. Other services may include:

SAMHSA’s National Helpline
The Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357) (also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service), is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.

SoonerCare (OK Medicaid)
SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) is a health coverage program jointly funded by the federal and state government. This program helps pay some or all medical bills for many people who can’t afford them. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is the state agency that administers the program and determines financial eligibility for the program.

Government program assists low income adults who require nursing level of care remain in the community by helping to pay for home and community based services including:
