Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager for CareNav Health to join our team. As a Product Manager at FCA, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of CareNav Health. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Background:
FCA has developed and deployed CareNav, a secure, client-facing, interactive client record and service access system. Currently the system is deployed across the 11 Caregiver Resource Centers in CA and is in use in other research projects. This is a next generation build specifically for use within health systems, employer groups, and other key target organizations that require the efficiencies of a hybrid online and personalized approaches for family caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Product Development: Drive the product development process from concept to launch, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing testing and iteration.
  • User Experience: Champion user experience design and usability best practices to deliver intuitive and engaging products.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer communication with FCA Communications Dept and other key marketing contractors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance user satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (or higher level) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
